1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rumpelstiltskin ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. The service
Rumpelstiltskin ai provides a template-based tool that uses one portrait or two separate portraits, a fixed production prompt and a service-provided reference video to create a Rumpelstiltskin fairy-tale video with Seedance 2.5. In Dancer Only mode, Photo 1 supplies the tiptoe dancer’s appearance and the original maiden is kept. In Dancer & Maiden mode, Photo 1 supplies the dancer’s appearance and Photo 2 supplies the maiden’s appearance. Output follows the reference video’s duration and framing, producing a landscape video of approximately 13 seconds, with a choice of 480P or 720P resolution. Features, model availability, limits, speed and output quality may change, and generation requests may be queued, delayed or unavailable.
Sign-in and sufficient credits are required to generate a video. New users receive no signup credits, and the service does not offer free generations or free previews. Successful paid generations include download access without a separate unlock charge. Historical free previews created under the previous service remain subject to the download-unlock rules in Section 6.
4. Your photos, likenesses and outputs
You retain any rights you have in the photos you submit. You grant us and the providers used to operate the service the limited permission necessary to upload, process, transmit and temporarily store those photos and the resulting video to complete your request, provide creation history and support the service.
You represent that you own or have all rights, consents and permissions required to upload each photo and use every depicted person's likeness. Do not upload confidential material, photos of minors, or a person's image without authorization.
Any personal or commercial use of generated output must comply with these terms, applicable law, third-party rights and provider terms. Access to the template or purchase of credits does not grant you rights in the reference video, its soundtrack or other third-party material. We do not promise that an output is unique, original, accurate or non-infringing. You are responsible for reviewing the output and clearing any music, likeness, trademark, copyright or other rights before publishing or using it commercially.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law; violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights; create deceptive, fraudulent or harmful impersonations; exploit or endanger minors; create non-consensual sexual or intimate content; distribute malware; interfere with the service; evade account, free-preview, download-unlock or credit limits; or generate content prohibited by applicable law or provider policies.
6. One-time payments and credits
The service currently sells one-time credit packs through PayPal and does not require a subscription. The price, currency and number of credits are shown before you confirm payment. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required.
One-time purchased credits do not have a scheduled expiration date, but they remain tied to your account, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and remain subject to payment reversals, account termination and the continued availability of the service. If PayPal refunds, reverses or disputes a payment, we may reverse the corresponding credits and temporarily pause generation while the dispute is reviewed.
Each new 480P generation costs 100 credits, and each new 720P generation costs 170 credits. Credits are deducted when the generation request is accepted for processing. Successful completion includes download access without a separate unlock charge. One-time packs cost $9.90 for 100 credits (Starter), $16.90 for 170 credits (HD), or $29.90 for 340 credits (Creator). The charge is shown before submission. Unlocking a historical free preview created under the previous service costs 100 purchased credits, is charged once for that video, and does not regenerate it. Purchasing a credit pack alone does not unlock a historical preview; you must complete the unlock action. If a generation fails before a usable result is completed, the credits charged for that generation are automatically returned. This automatic credit return is not a cash refund. Requests for a payment refund should be sent to support@airumpelstiltskin.org and are handled according to applicable law, PayPal rules and the circumstances of the purchase.
7. Storage and downloads
We do not add uploaded source photos to our own image library or Cloudflare R2 bucket, but KIE and its model infrastructure process those photos under their own terms. Playback and download access to completed videos stored in our Cloudflare R2 bucket expires approximately 30 days after storage. You are responsible for downloading any output you want to keep before access expires. Files may be removed through storage cleanup after expiry; the access deadline does not promise immediate physical deletion of every copy. Successful paid generations include download access. Historical free previews are for viewing in the site player and require a separate download unlock; unlocking does not extend the access period. New video originals are stored encrypted and delivered through account-authenticated endpoints.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party authentication, payment, hosting, database, storage and AI providers, including Google, PayPal, KIE, Seedance model infrastructure, SeeAPI for uploaded-image safety checks, and Cloudflare. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The service and generated outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, inconsistent with the uploaded photos or similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumpelstiltskin ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may reject a request or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms or provider policies, comply with law, address payment disputes, or respond to harmful or abusive conduct. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Questions, payment inquiries and legal notices may be sent to support@airumpelstiltskin.org.
